Overview
We want you to love every Page3Life product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if:
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not from the sale or clearance category
The following items are not eligible for return: innerwear, swimwear, customised products, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at returns@page3life.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you paid via UPI or net banking, the refund will be credited to the originating account. For card payments, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour if the desired variant is in stock. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns. To request an exchange, mention it in your return request email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
