Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?+

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay) via our secure payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact support@page3life.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+

Yes, COD is available on orders above ₹499 for select pin codes. The option will appear at checkout if available for your location.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?+

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–8 business days. All timelines are from the date of dispatch.

Is shipping free?+

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the 'My Orders' section in your account.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and innerwear are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return?+

Email returns@page3life.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and pickup details.

When will I receive my refund?+

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?+

We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@page3life.com with photos of the item. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my correct size?+

Each product page has a size guide with detailed measurements in inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering.

Are your fabrics sweat-wicking?+

Yes! All our activewear is made with moisture-wicking, 4-way stretch fabric that keeps you dry and comfortable during workouts.

How should I care for my Page3Life products?+

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on printed areas. Detailed care instructions are on each product label.

Are your products true to size?+

Our products generally fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for compression wear.

Account & Offers

Do I need an account to place an order?+

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and access exclusive member offers.

How do I use a promo code?+

Enter your promo code in the 'Apply Coupon' field at checkout before completing payment. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards programme?+
